If every agent ran their business like Fred, I think no one would have to market themselves; instead their entire business would be developed on referrals. A friend referred me to Fred and they were referred to him, and I also plan to refer several people to him as well. Fred is also very positive I’ve noticed, it’s been nice to work with someone where you never feel as though you’re a bother and that you’re truly in a great business partnership.
